Description
The Brandenburg series 568 is a range of miniature power supply modules, designed to operate from a dc supply of 4 to 12 Volts (5 to 15 Volts for the units at the top of the range). An input filter circuit guards against feedback of ripple into the supply. High efficiency, high frequency power conversion is used, the high frequency making operation inaudible. The output voltage varies in proportion to the input voltage over the input range. All models in the range are capable of delivering 3 Watts of output power at their full output voltage settings, or proportionately less at lower voltages. Full encapsulation is used to give complete protection against humidity and a wide operating temperature range. The modules are designed for printed circuit mounting by means of the connection pins.
